Do I need to pay a deposit?

No cash deposit. At handover we just verify your International Driving Licence and passport for ID, per the document list on the Terms & Conditions page.

Can I cancel?

Cancellation is free, including on the day of delivery. Just message us on WhatsApp as soon as you can so the delivery slot can be re-allocated.

Can I book from overseas?

Absolutely, most of our customers book from Germany, Australia, Singapore, or the Netherlands before they land. Just message us on WhatsApp and we'll handle the rest.

What bikes are available?

Standard scooters 110cc & 125cc, Yamaha Lexi 155cc, Yamaha Nmax 155cc, and Yamaha Xmax 250cc. For cars we have city cars (Avanza/Ayla) and a 12-hour car-with-driver package.

Are helmets included?

Yes, 2 SNI-certified helmets are included free with every bike. We don't provide additional helmets beyond those two.

Can I take the bike to Lombok or Java?

Yes, but you must confirm and coordinate with us first before you go. We'll arrange the ferry crossing and out-of-Bali route together over WhatsApp.

What if the bike breaks down on the road?

Message us on WhatsApp, we'll send a technician or swap the bike ASAP. Engine breakdowns not caused by the rider are repaired at no charge.

What's the delivery fee?

Flat Rp 150,000 one-way for every delivery area in Bali.

How long does delivery take?

5-15 minutes around Pecatu/Uluwatu, 30-90 minutes for further zones. We confirm your exact ETA when you book on WhatsApp.

Do I need an international driving permit?

Yes, Bali police typically ask for an International Driving Permit. National-only licenses are often rejected. Get an IDP before you fly.

Is insurance included?

Accepted Answer

No insurance is included. Any damage is the renter's responsibility, please ride or drive carefully and park in safe areas.

What happens if I have an accident?

Call us on WhatsApp before doing anything else. We'll help coordinate with local police and hospitals. Repair costs for any damage are the renter's responsibility and assessed together when the vehicle is returned.

What payment methods do you accept?

Cash IDR (easiest), local bank transfer, or Wise/Revolut transfer. For travelers fresh off the plane, cash on delivery is the most flexible option.

Can I pay by credit card?

We don't accept cards directly yet. You can wire via Wise or Revolut to our account, or pay cash IDR on delivery.

Pricing is in IDR (Rupiah), but we also accept cash in USD, CAD, AUD, EUR, Yuan, Rupee, and Riyal. Final totals are confirmed on WhatsApp.
