Our team sends an estimated arrival time a few hours before delivery.

The bike or car arrives
Our team hands over keys, helmets, and raincoat. You check the unit and acknowledge receipt.

During the rental, message us for anything
Empty tank, flat tyre, unit swap, all handled on WhatsApp.

Pickup at the end
Tell us when and where. We come and collect on schedule.

About the delivery fee
The Rp 150,000 covers fuel both ways.
Plus our team's time. It is not a margin grab. That is why on weekly and monthly rentals we usually discount it, over time the delivery cost shrinks against the total.
